Take the tram number 6 from the main railway station or airport in the direction of the university. Get out at the last stop – Universität Nord. Walk back in the direction the tram came, over the crossroads. The Research Centre is the first building on the right-hand side if you are facing the university complex (OEG - Osteuropa)
Coming from the A 27:
Take the exit marked “Universität” , turning onto the road “Autobahnzubringer Universität”. Turn right at the next traffic lights into the street “Hochschulring”. Take the second left (near the tram stop) into “Klagenfurter Straße”. The Research Centre is the first building on the right-hand side. Coming from the City Centre:
From “Universitätsallee” turn left into “Wiener Straße” at the corner with the Universum building. At the end of “Wiener Straße” turn right onto “Hochschulring”. Take the second right (near the tram stop) into “Klagenfurter Straße”. The Research Centre is the first building on the right-hand side (OEG - Osteuropa)
Parking
On “Hochschulring”, coming from the direction of the A 27, take the first left into “Badgasteiner Straße”. On the right-hand side there is a parking area subject to a daily fee. In the Klagenfurter Strasse there are also some daily parkings subject to fee.
